Monday, 9am to 7pm
Wednesday   9am to 8 pm
Thursday 9am to 5pm
Friday 9am to 2pm
Saturday 9am to 2pm (Every other Saturday)


Appointments

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. To cancel a Monday appointment, notice should be given by the prior Thursday. For your convenience, you may schedule your next appointment while in the office for a check-up. By making your appointment early, you will be more likely to get the time and date that will work well with your schedule.


Dental Insurance

Dental insurance is an agreement between your employer and your insurance company. Academy Dental Care is not part of the agreement and is an outside party. While we will estimate your bill and accept your co-pay or deductible at the office visit, your insurance company may not pay the estimated portion. If the insurance company does not cover the estimated bill, we will adjust your bill accordingly. If you have questions about your coverage, we can help you find answers through your insurance provider.
You may receive a letter from your insurance company that says our fees are "higher than usual and customary." Because an insurance company averages an area's fees based on all available providers, including discount clinics and managed care facilities, their rates are not a true reflection of quality, personalized, private practice dental care.

Payment Options

Because insurance does not cover the cost of all dental work, we make paying for your dental care easy. You can pay with cash, debit card, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).


Senior citizens discount - We offer a 10% discount to all senior citizens.
